Terms & Conditions

All session take place via zoom online.

Please ensure you are following UK local time zone changes for your sessions. 

All personal 1-1 sessions take place on zoom, and are available worldwide. 

Zoom application is free to download for all users. You will need a good wifi or data connection and a private place for your session. Earphones can be useful to use too to maintain privacy.

Payment for personal soon sessions are due 24 hrs before session commences. 

UK and International Payment BACS details will be provided with your session booking. 

CANCELLATIONS

Sessions can be cancelled 48 hrs beforehand with no payment due, 24 hrs beforehand with 50% payment due and less than 24 hrs full payment is due. 

I wait for 10 minutes into the session, after this time the session is considered cancelled and payable in full. 

This respects the time I dedicate to your session, and the fact it cannot be refilled at short notice.

Participants will receive an email with information on what to bring and how to prepare for the non-residential weekend in advance.

The spaces are limited to 12 participants max. and 8 min. which requires bookings to be a mutual commitment. Refunds are not available as we often turn people away by committing to those who have booked.

If an event is cancelled, full payment will be returned within 5 working days of cancellation. No compensation will be offered.

It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance (available online from £6).

The content of your session is confidential and will not be transferred or used by any third party, aside from where/if legally required. Session content may be refered to in supervision sessions or with permission for the purpose of furthering certification.

DATA PROTECTION

Your data is protected by law and will only be used lawfully for the purpose of carrying out our obligations to you as the client and to maintaining accurate records and communications.
